OBEDIENCE REGISTRATION FORM

Effective July 1, 2007, all Active SOTC Members will receive a $10 discount on each class.

• You MUST contact the Obedience Registrar to check class space availability BEFORE sending in your registration form & check, in order to get your name on the registration "pending" list for a class.
• Classes are ONE HOUR sessions unless otherwise specified.
• If a class does not meet the minimum number of students by one week before the starting date, the class may be cancelled or postponed. You will be notified if this happens.
• Checks will be returned if a class is cancelled.
• There is a retuned check fee of $40.
• NO REFUNDS will be made after the first night of class.
