Class Fee $85.00* for 8 sessions

• Classes are PUNCH Card Classes!!
• The Punch Card expires in 6 months from date of purchase.
• Active members may participate in both classes ( two hours ) for one punch
• Non active members and non members receive one punch per class
  ( two hours - two punches)
• Students can still drop in for $15.00 per one hour session.

Starting October 2, 2009, the first Friday of the month will now be Novice/Open and Utility Run Thru's. The run thru's will start at 6:30pm and at 7:30pm sharp we will stop and do sits and downs. We will then continue with remainder of run thru's as needed.

Also starting October 9, 2009 we will concentrate on teaching a series of exercises the remainder of each month with rotating instructors as listed below.

Utility Practice Sessions
Free to active members, $3.00 for new members and $5.00 for non-club members
Class Length Ongoing

• An SOTC Member will collect fees and make sure the building is secured at the end of class.
• Class participants will help each other work on various Utility exercises.
• The regular Friday night practices will go on as now handled on a drop in basis.
