What an Amazing Morning!

Once again, several members and their dogs gave an agility demonstration and then spent some time visiting with some of the special needs kids at Oak Park Elementary in Sarasota.

It's true! SOTC loves puppies! In addition to offering 2 different age groups of Puppy Training, we are proud to offer the new AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Program! Before signing up for a Puppy Class, please make your choice based on the age of your puppy and don't forget to ask your instructor how YOUR puppy can be an AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy!

SOTC is Proud to Announce Several New Classes!

Tricks for You!: This is an interactive class geared for fun between students, their dogs, and the instructors. Dogs will learn a variety of fun behaviors including how to bow, retrieve their bowls, retrieve their leashes, and say their prayers and many other fun tricks. Click HERE for more.

Obedience "Whatever" Class: The goal of this class is to fine tune your dog's obedience skills in a Fun way, learn some new skills and "Whatever" else we can come up with to make your dog's training Fun and enjoyable. Click HERE for more.

Freestyle: The behaviors your dog has learned in obedience, rally, and agility will be combined with simple moves to create a routine that can be set to music. Click HERE for more.

Agility Challenge: Test your skills on challenging International-type courses; work on the distance needed in Chances and Gamblers; learn to run fast courses like Steeplechase and Grand Prix; strain your brain on crazy, fun Snooker-type courses and have a laugh or two as we team up and run some relays! Recetly, Kim Butler's Level 4 Agility had to be postponed a bit due to rain,
but we were all treated with a spectacular sunset afterwards!

Each day of the week, you will find many different class offerings in AGILITY, OBEDIENCE, RALLY, FLYBALL and for PUPPIES!. Whether you and your canine companion are just beginning or are competing at national levels, SOTC has a class offering for you. Our instructors and assistants average over 22 years of training; actively participate in showing or competing with their dogs and all strive for positive training experiences for you and your dog.
